Rebecca Ciliberto is a Case Manager in the Intensive Family Reunification Service (IFRS) at FSA. She is also a co-facilitator of the Anger Management group program for adults. She is a 2006 graduate from College Misericordia, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor and certificate in Child Welfare. Ms. Ciliberto has been with FSA since 2016, after having worked in child welfare and with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
