Andrea Venesky is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works at The Children’s Center in Montrose. Andrea provides trauma therapy to children at the Children’s Center and at two local school districts. Andrea has been working in the mental health field since 2010, finished her graduate work at The University of Scranton in 2013 with her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling. She has worked at various local community mental health agencies and began working at the Children’s Center in 2017.

Magen Washilewski is the Executive Director of NAMI Luzerne-Wyoming Counties PA. Her position with the National Alliance on Mental Illness focuses on providing support, education and advocacy efforts to the community regarding information on mental health. Through education efforts offered to those living with mental illness, their friends and family members, and numerous professional/community groups Magen ardently promotes the need for more awareness, understanding and funding for mental health efforts. After graduating from King’s College, Magen served in a variety of positions in human services. She has been with NAMI for 6 years but prior positions included working with the intellectually disabled as well as in the field of drug and alcohol.

Jessica Ives, MSW, LSW is the Director of Case Management and Community Programs at Family Service Association of NEPA. She has been employed at FSA for over 9 years. She received her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University. She has experience working in community mental health. Currently, Ms. Ives is the director of the Intensive Family Reunification Service, Outreach Prevention Program, ParentChild+, Telephone Crisis, Anger Management, Batterers Intervention Service and Turning Points. Ms. Ives is also a per diem facilitator of Family Group Decision Making. She serves on the volunteer Board of Directors of Dinners for Kids and several community task forces.
